How frequently do I need to go to psychotherapy?
Most people go to psychotherapy once a week, but we can meet more or less frequently.
Do you offer online and in-person psychotherapy?
Yes, Steven offers both. He has offices in Toronto and Mississauga. Consultations are by video or phone call.
How much does psychotherapy cost?
Steven's regular rate is $135 CAD per 50 minute session.
He also offers a free 15 minute consultation.
What is your approach to psychotherapy?
Steven's approach is based on Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), person-centered (Rogerian) therapy, existential therapy, and informed by his own experiences. His blend of contextual behavioral science, a client-centered focus, and an existential emphasis enable an approach that is conscientious, collaborative, and customized to each client.
